A Confession
I am a podcast addict. I admit it—I can’t stop listening to all the glorious programs out there. I listen to podcasts on true crime, the justice system, history, language learning, old Hollywood, feminism, Doctor Who (LOTS of DW!), and of course, astrology!
My very favorite astrology podcast is simply called The Astrology Podcast, and boy does it pack a punch.
The Astrology Podcast
Once a month, the podcast host, Chris Brennan, chats with two other astrologers, Kelly Surtees and Austin Coppock, about the important planetary movements and aspects that month. For example, is Mercury retrograding this month? When, and how will it be the same or different from previous Mercury retrograde periods? These previews of the upcoming astro-energy can be quite enlightening as well as entertaining!
There are also plentiful interviews and discussions with other astrologers on topics like the different branches of astrology (horary, electional, medical anybody?), current political and cultural events, and even some deep dives into the history of astrology as a whole.
Give It a Whirl!
I have learned so, so much from Chris B. and friends. To me, it is essential listening for astro-philes.
